Future Library

The District Council of Yankalilla is embarking on a project to identify functions and service offerings for our Future Library which reflect community needs and aspirations, as well as aligning our library services with libraries throughout the state.

Council has appointed a Future Library Action Group made up of representatives from the community and Council. This group is tasked with undertaking significant community consultation and this survey forms part of that process.

Our first key step in this exciting project is to ask you – our residents and library users – what your future aspirations are for your local library service. This survey is designed as a pre-cursor to the public meetings planned by identifying the key attributes that you believe should be a part of your Future Library.

We will be holding a series of public meetings to further develop your ideas so have a look to the right of this screen to find a convenient meeting.
