Signage at gateway locations, township entrances and localities generates a sense of belonging to place and strengthens unity and pride within local communities. For travelers, thoughtful signage installations say much about the nature and character of a place and generates a strong sense of arrival and reassurance.
After successfully installing Gateway and Township signs at key locations in 2015 and 2016, Council has committed to further rolling out this project to build on the suite of District Gateway and Township Arrival signs, Wirrina Cove is programmed to be delivered in 2018.
We will produce well designed and positioned signage that reflects the unified vision of the developed Fleurieu Coast: Made by Nature place brand and the District Council of Yankalilla's identity infused with the individuality of Wirrina Cove - as expressed by residents when surveyed last year.
We've developed the design and we now seek confirmation from you about the design which has been developed from your feedback. Please complete the short survey to provide your feedback.
